It is hard for me to remember when I became interested in art. When I think back to when I was younger I always liked to draw. When I started elementary school my interest in art increased. My interest quickly changed from drawing to painting. At home one day I found spray paint cans. I wrote my name on a fence and I was hooked. When I was in 4 th grade on a trip to NYC I visited 5 pointz. The building was covered in designs from hundreds of graffiti artists. While there an artist let me use a spray can to paint a part and gifted me a couple spray cans to bring home. After that I went home and continued to use paint cans to create designs around my house. As I got older I found my style and used it to design and create murals in my hometown. I decided that I wanted to go to art school to continue to study art and allow my style to grow. My style is based on colorful abstract crystal structures.
